The City of Barron Common Council approved the consent agenda on July 14, which included the reading and approval of the June 9 regular meeting minutes and the June 30 special meeting minutes. As part of the consent agenda, the council granted new operator licenses (licenses to serve alcoholic beverages) through June 30, 2027, to Jordan Dennis Vhlig, Chasity Tegan Strenke, Nicole Lee Crotteau and David Lee Townsend. Alderperson Keith Kolpack moved to approve the consent agenda and Alderperson Pete Olson seconded; the minutes state that the "Motion carried unanimously."
