Commissioners agreed to schedule regular meetings and study sessions at the same time going forward and approved the scheduling motion during the Jan. 12 reorganization meeting.

At the reorganization meeting, commissioners discussed setting dates and times for regular meetings and study sessions and proposed holding study sessions and regular meetings at the same time. A motion to adopt that scheduling approach was proposed and approved on a roll-call vote.
