During the meeting Jennifer Champagne asked what specific terms in the purchase agreement with Munising Lands remain unresolved and what the firm deadline is for finalizing site control. Shannon Morgan said the project currently has a verbal commitment and that the team expects an executed document to follow. "So we have a verbal commitment right now with Munising lands, and we're supposed to have an executed document back. I'll circle back, but we do have verbal commitments with them," Morgan said.
