Council approves amendment clarifying chicken and setback rules

Apple Valley approved O-2026-11 to clarify animal-related zoning: the town formalized a 1 rooster per 10-chicken guideline, removed a redundant 30-foot property-line setback and maintained a 50-foot setback from adjacent dwellings. Planning had recommended approval.
