Commissioners reviewed preliminary analyses of 911 computer-aided dispatch (CAD) options and raised concerns about interoperability and incomplete vendor cost estimates. Committee member (speaker 8) recommended staying with the NorthCAD Group and Tyler, saying their research and vendor work made the current option preferable to alternatives that could isolate the county from neighboring partners.
