Planning staff described conditions for approval of a proposed development that centers on construction of LaSalle north and south as the project’s primary trunk roadway. The staff member said, "they're gonna be required to build LaSalle, north and south, which is the kind of main trunk of the new development," and added that the developer must construct connections including a private east–west road linking Goodwill on the west and Meyer on the east.
