OP Overwatch, a grassroots trauma-education ministry based in Lockport, said it trains and supports first responders from across Niagara County and beyond. Founder and executive director Dave Buds described the organization’s donated meeting space — the timber-frame “corral” — and said the group runs multiple, free programs aimed at helping responders decompress and learn about the science of trauma.
