Niagara County emergency services describes flood response, critical support team and growing infrastructure risks

Jonathan Schultz, the county's fire coordinator and director of emergency services, outlined the scope of his office: coordinating responses to floods and fires, assisting municipalities with emergency management and applying for federal aid after recent flooding. He said the office helps with tasks from getting residents unstuck after storms to supporting departments during large fires.
