Trustee Heather Hunger moved to nominate Chairman Pro-Tem Debra Baker for Chairman; Trustee Paula Hinshaw seconded the nomination and it passed on a voice vote. Chairman Baker then moved to nominate Trustee Hunger for Chairman Pro-Tem; Trustee Hinshaw seconded and the motion passed on voice vote.
