At the Jan. 12 meeting the board approved the consent agenda by motion of Kurt Ewald, seconded by Katie Vader, which included approval of regular, special and closed minutes from Dec. 8, 2025 and reported November General Fund activity of $374,140.70. The minutes list specific fund payables: Food Service $32,338.31; Student/School Activity Fund $21,871.22; 2016 Capital Tech Projects $2,991.77; 2016 Sinking Fund $80,205.00; several 2020 capital and bond lines recorded as $0 or $75.00 in debt service.
