Commissioners reviewed written public comments and page-specific edits to the general plan, asked staff to consolidate comments from SharePoint into downloadable PDFs and identified several edits to the environmental, housing and transportation elements. Members recommended adding a definition of 'sensitive lands' to the general plan and including survey results as an appendix to provide context and support funding applications.
