Board members were briefed on two near-term procurement items related to the Expo 4-H facility: bid openings scheduled for water and sewer work and a separate bid for interior renovations are set for tomorrow at 11 a.m. Committee members said they did not yet know how bids would come in and planned to monitor the commissioner's meeting.
