The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners voted Dec. 9 to adopt a resolution vacating and abandoning an undeveloped portion of an unnamed right‑of‑way in the Palmer Subdivision plat, as requested by Jesus Image Incorporated and presented by the applicant’s representative, Constance Silver.
