The board unanimously rezoned 0.47 acres at Division Street and Wells Avenue from C-2 to PD to allow a trades office with accessory warehouse, following a staff recommendation and Planning & Zoning Commissions unanimous endorsement.

Senior planner Caitlin Apgar summarized a rezoning application for roughly 0.47 acres at the southeast corner of Division Street and Wells Avenue. Staff said the property currently had C-2 general commercial zoning and a future land-use designation of Mixed Use Development; the applicant proposed a PD plan development with a floor area ratio of 0.2, adequate setbacks and at least 25% open space. Apgar told the board the Planning & Zoning Commission had met Dec. 3 and voted unanimously to recommend adoption of the ordinance.
