The full story
Planning staff described PL 26-22: owners Lori and William Brody seek to split roughly 6 acres from a ~50-acre tract at 5999 NW 110th Street, place about 44 acres into an Agricultural Preservation Overlay and transfer the home to a son. Staff noted the parcel is outside the urban growth area and that utilities (rural electric and rural water) and private wastewater already exist.
