Clerk Sharon Richmond reported that she had amended the General Budget using reserve funds to reflect unexpected increases discussed at the previous meeting. After discussion, Council member Watts moved to accept the financial documents; Council member Joe Wilkins seconded the motion and the minutes record the vote as unanimous.
