During opening new-business proceedings, Legislator Unison moved that the committee consider the evening's agenda as a whole with the exception of item number 26-0268. The clerk and chairman recorded that the motion was seconded by Legislator Smith and Legislator Vasquez Simmons and that members approved the motion by voice vote.
