Commission delegates final approval for Cedar Hill E&S plan after DEQ permit noted
Alpha Land Surveyors presented an erosion-and-sediment control plan for Cedar Hill Properties near the Hardee's in Claypool Hill; the commission granted county engineering authority to approve the plan once remaining issues are addressed. Jim Ribble of Alpha Land Surveyors presented the Cedar Hill Properties erosion‑and‑sediment control (ESC) plan, describing a proposed disturbed area of almost 4 acres near the Hardee’s in Claypool Hill. Ribble told the Planning Commission that a Stormwater permit has been applied for and approved by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
