Referral 26-0229 to authorize a contract with Collier's Engineering and Design for professional design services for the Henrietta County Park master plan was moved and carried in both the Recreation & Education and Ways and Means committees. Procurement staff reported there were nine consultant respondents to the RFP, three were shortlisted, and Collier's was selected with a ranking score of 92.
