The Monroe County Human Services Committee on Aug. 25 approved Referral 26-0255, authorizing contracts for forensic pathology services to the Monroe County Office of the Medical Examiner. The vote followed questioning about long case backlogs and staffing levels at the Medical Examiner's Office.
