Planning staff told the commission that the Transportation System Plan (TSP) update is the major long-range project underway, with a large public meeting slated for Nov. 18 and an anticipated adoption in spring. Staff also said they will begin a code update this fall to adopt building-hardening standards (R327) in coordination with the local fire district.
