Commission approves variance to permit reciprocal lot split on Beecher Lane
The Wythe County Planning Commission voted to grant a variance allowing Bryant Compton and Carol Jean Duncan to swap roughly 4.5 and 11.3 acres along Beecher Lane, creating two nonconforming lots without state road frontage; staff said the applicants requested the variance under Section 5.3 0.18 of the subdivision ordinance.
