County staff flagged five capital projects as the largest drivers of the county's capital-improvement program and long-term debt service. The package—sports facility, Ravanna Futures purchase, and construction of three new schools—carries combined budgets of about $296 million and, if executed as currently planned, would push annual CIP debt service from roughly $27 million today to an estimated $55 million by FY2031.
