A commissioner told the board a proposed purchase agreement for surplus property contained an unwanted day-to-day extension clause and that a revised contract from the county’s attorneys had not yet been received, so he asked that the contract matter be delayed until Tuesday. He then requested an executive session on personnel matters related to the issue.
