Interim Human Resources Director Natalie Eckhardt-Doupe presented personnel reclassification actions resulting from the county's recent compensation survey, the first broad review in approximately six years. The Board approved reclassifications for the Sheriff's Department Lead Dispatcher (reclass up), Animal Control Supervisor (reclass up), two Lieutenant positions (reclass up) and the Undersheriff (reclass up) as part of updated placement on the pay scale.
