Josephine County commissioners approved Board Order No. 2026-047 on Sept. 2, 2026, to set a public hearing for Sept. 16, 2026, regarding proposed revisions to District Attorney fees. Chair Ron A. Smith introduced the order and the board approved setting the hearing by a unanimous 3-0 vote.
