Josephine County commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2026-002 on Sept. 2, 2026, changing the Comprehensive Plan designation for the parcel identified as Map 35-06-03-D0, Tax Lot 1400 (owner: Rose Butte LLC) from Farm to Residential and rezoning the property from Farm Resource (FR) to Rural Residential (RR5). Commissioner Colene M. Martin moved to read the ordinance by title only; Commissioner Gary L. Richardson seconded and the ordinance passed on a 3-0 roll-call vote.
