Strawberry Point faces a possible shortened or canceled pool season because the city has received only four job applicants for pool staffing, the city administrator told the council. "We need 12 reliable full time dedicated lifeguards to be able to open full time and we're going to need at least 9 maybe 10 to open part time," the administrator said.
