The Eagle Design Review Board approved the master sign plan for the Woodstone at The Flats (DR2026-70), including monument signs, building signage for the Crafted Kitchen and 99 Steakhouse, and vertical display signage aimed at Highway 16 traffic. Applicant Jim Marsh presented sign locations, materials to match the project's stone and board-and-batten palettes, and day/night elevations.
