Library director asks council for a dedicated meeting to chart next steps for building project
Library reported high use and new circulating hotspots and asked council to schedule a dedicated follow-up meeting (tentatively March 31) to review alternatives for the building project and donors' expectations.

Jen Gogarty, the library director (introduced by the chair), told the council the library remains active despite winter: "In February alone, we had over 1,500 people come in the library," and described new hotspots and tablets being circulated and an entrepreneur program that completed an 8‑week class. She said donors want an update on the building project and requested a dedicated meeting to present options for resizing, relocating or financing the project.
