Engineering staff told supervisors they submitted permit applications for County Route 7 (Punds Creek) to the Army Corps and NYSDOT and that they expect to use existing abutments while replacing the superstructure if permitted. “We anticipate utilizing the existing abutments and just replacing the superstructure,” the engineering official said, adding that federal and state reviews will influence final design.
