The operations committee approved a sole‑source change order (item 261198) to extend maintenance and licensing for Fuelmaster software through Dec. 31, 2030, at an amount not to exceed $266,286. The county’s innovation and technology presenter said Fuelmaster is used by the fleet department to authorize, dispense, track and analyze fuel usage across the county fleet and that the change order preserves uninterrupted support and licensing.
