Operations Manager Shane Willis reported that AV‑Tech’s experiment to dim stop‑sign lighting was unsuccessful and the vendor was unwilling to modify the existing signs. He offered options to either leave the signs as they are and manage lighting as needed or to purchase signs with timers.
