Board moves toward public bid process for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations

Charlie Krebs told the River Ridge Board that the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations was submitted to the Village of Estero and that checks were issued by Bowman Incorporated to support filing. Draft bid-language was sent to District Counsel and the District Manager; staff will prepare a public advertisement to solicit sealed bids after counsel approves the language.
