The River Ridge CDD board approved Clark Construction Group’s not‑to‑exceed $1,111,860 bid (including an added 5% contingency) for a four‑phase stormwater drainage improvement covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV; the Oak Run HOA may separately connect at an estimated $197,201.47.
