Grady Slaydon of the Texas Association of School Boards presented an overview of TASB’s Facilities Services program and told the Covington ISD Board it conducts assessments of buildings and systems, inventories assets, identifies deficiencies and helps develop a District Strategic Facilities Plan to guide long-range budgeting and capital planning.
