Commission approves setbacks amendment for C and E districts
Commissioners approved Amendment E to modify area/setback regulations for the C and E districts on Nov. 19; the motion passed unanimously and will be forwarded to the Township Board.

Amendment E, which revises Sections 9.05 and 11.05 governing area regulations for the C and E districts, was approved unanimously by the Planning Commission at the Nov. 19 hearing. Planner Jason Derry explained the proposed setback adjustments and commissioners voted in favor by voice vote.
