Andrew Grohowski of Polk County Land Development presented LDL VAR 2026-20, which seeks an accessory-structure side-setback reduction from 5 feet to 0 feet for an 8x10 (80 sq ft) shed for property at 1508 South Lake Rochelle Drive. Grohowski said the shed will be located along the western property line, behind an existing 6-foot vinyl fence, will not encroach on the county-maintained drainage easement and that staff recommends approval.
