Environmental Health Director Elizabeth Townsend and Zoning Administrator Becca Pflughaupt presented an order form from GovWell Technologies Inc. for $46,000 intended for the permitting process. The board did not approve the order form at the Sept. 1 meeting; instead, it directed Townsend to clarify language in the order form, confirm terms of the current Geo Permits contract, and return with a recommendation.
