Jackson County supervisors approved the 2018 Jackson County Master Manual of HIPAA Policies and Procedures (amended) to take effect Sept. 1, 2026. The motion was approved unanimously and will be signed by the board.

The Jackson County Board of Supervisors voted to approve and authorize signatures on the 2018 Jackson County Master Manual of HIPAA Policies and Procedures, effective Sept. 1, 2026. The motion (Steines moved, Flagel seconded) passed with Aye votes from Supervisors Don Schwenker, Mike Steines and Nin Flagel.
