Polk County planners voted to approve a modification to LDSPD 2026‑1, allowing an eight‑lot suburban plan development at 2610 Old Dixie Highway with access changed from Saddle Creek Road to two driveways on Old Dixie Highway. Aliyah Nglima, the county planner presenting the case, said the only change before the commission was “the points of access” to avoid existing drainage and headwall issues on Saddle Creek Road.
