At its July 15 meeting the board amended the agenda to add 0 Prospect Street, authorized up to $150 for a tick‑prevention pilot, set compliance benchmarks for 155 Maple, authorized co‑chairs to draft Select Board comments on 0 Prospect Street by July 24, and approved May 20 and June 3 minutes; June 17 minutes were deferred.
