Board approves septic replacement variance to address undersized drain field

Stearns County granted a variance allowing a replacement soil-treatment area and sewage tank on a constrained Avon lot where a 2008 system was undersized; staff and the applicant said the chosen location is the only practical option because of a shallow lakeside well and tight lot geometry.
