Scott County Fiscal Court voted to approve a memorandum of understanding that allows county fire and EMS personnel to join a newly formed Kentucky Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team. County presenters said the agreement begins July 1, requires regular training and allows members to be deployed statewide.
