William Darby and Colby Kochka, representing ProCut Tree Services, asked the commission to reapprove a conditional use at 1818 North Little Creek Road after earlier approvals expired before agency sign-offs. They said the plan includes a new access drive, a retained 360-square-foot office, a temporary 200-square-foot field office during construction, and a new roughly 9,999-square-foot agricultural building.
