Commission votes to enter closed session on pending litigation
After regular business, the board voted unanimously to enter a closed session cited as pursuant to KRS 61.81o(1)(c) for discussion of proposed or pending litigation; the closed session later adjourned with no action taken.

After completing votes on procurement and contract items, Commissioner Tim Downing moved and Commissioner Tim Acri seconded a motion to hold a Closed Session "pursuant to KRS 61.81o(1)(c) discussion of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency." The motion passed by unanimous voice vote with Commissioners Acri, Downing, Smith, Toebbe and Mayor Ronald L. Washington recorded as voting yea.
