The Cohasset Conservation Commission on Aug. 6 closed the public hearing for RDA 26‑13 (89 Ripley Road) and voted to issue Negative 3 and Negative 6 determinations with a condition to place silt/salt stock along the 100‑foot buffer to protect trees and the drip line. The motion passed by roll call, 5–0–0.
