Mister Hernandez presented item 111, seven engineering contract supplements across multiple categories and districts and recommended approval. "Total aggregate increase for these contract supplements is $1,000,000," Hernandez said for part a (environmental services); he then detailed parts b and c with aggregate increases of $600,000 and $2,000,000 respectively and listed selected firms contracted to provide the services.
