The Select Board considered a request to grant NSTAR/Eversource permission to install roughly 35 feet of 1–3 inch conduit and one new hand hole for underground service on Patricia Lane. A motion to approve drew objections from members who said the town has repeatedly asked utilities to address double poles and had seen promises but little action.
