David Fair, Butler County Development Director, presented a plat for Brookside Estates (a replat of Lot 25 and part of Lot 26 in Westchester Township). Fair said the item was reviewed and approved by the Butler Planning Commission on May 28 and recommended that the Board of Commissioners accept the plat.
